Health Consultation Package

Service Description

Sometimes being sent home with a bunch of things to do can be very overwhelming! This option gives you the ability to implement one to two remedies per session so that you get the most support needed for success. This package includes one 60 minute assessment followed by two 30 minute follow up sessions. During our first 60 minute session together you will receive the following: - Tongue, face and structure/posture/expressions evaluation (these areas are a direct reflection of how your organs are functioning and how well energies and emotions are flowing in your body) - Pulse Diagnostics (in person sessions only) This allows me to access and interpret the health level of all 7 layers of your physical being (skin, blood, muscle, fat/hormones, bones, nervous system and reproductive system) as well as your chakras, planetary influences and mental/emotional functioning. - Diet and lifestyle assessment - Food list for your specific body/mind type - Herbal and lifestyle recommendations as appropriate - 1-2 plans of action to start the balancing plan (sleep routine, cleanse, diet, meditation training, etc.) In the following two sessions we will implement the additional plans of action to further facilitate balance within your body and mind as well as educational materials and referrals to help implement long term maintenance. Cancellation Policy

To reschedule please contact me no later than 24 hours before your appointment and you will be able to transfer the appointment cost to a new session date. Unfortunately, there will be no reimbursement for appointment cost if cancelled within the 24 hour period as this does not give proper time to fill the spot.
